HOH Codependency Recovery

Support Group

Families are greatly affected when someone they love is chemically dependent.

We feel hopeless, fearful and despairing as we try to "control, fix and rescue" our addict.

Codependency is the "caring" person's illness. Sometimes our love and desperation to save the suffering addict can actually enable him/her to continue in the cycle of using. New solutions appear when we learn to reframe the problem in healthier ways.

HOHCodependency Support Group is based on the 12 Step principles. It is a safe and confidential haven. It is a nurturing place to share feelings openly with others who are struggling with the same issues. Please come to learn, grow and heal with us. You are not alone, we understand.

Receive information about chemical dependency, treatment and recovery.

Learn new coping skills and the understanding of family roles.

Begin the journey of the recovery process yourself.

There is hope, change is possible.

No matter how bad things have been, they can get better.

Confronting and changing unhealthy behaviors can bring healing, recovery and serenity.
